Overlooking the marshes, this cottage, unique in France with its singular silhouette, houses the town hall of Saint-Sulpice. Its medieval framework, which has a corbelling on three sides with a gallery at the rear, makes it an exceptional site in Normandy. Built in 1420, about ten kilometers away by English carpenters during the Hundred Years' War, this thatched building was dismantled and completely restored before being installed on this promontory overlooking the marsh.
