A wind of madness blows on the banks of the Seine
A festival that highlights cycling is held every year on the banks of the Seine at Berville-sur-Mer. After several successful editions, Bike Madness (new name of Bords de Seine en Folie) returns year after year with activities around cycling. Many activities will delight young and old with a breathtaking view of the estuary and the Normandy Bridge at the heart of the route of the Seine by bike and Velomaritime.
The day will be punctuated by highlights with the cyclist Aunt Alex, A World by Bike, the batucada Corcovado Percussions and mountain bike trial shows with VPOrganisationStroll through the Normandy Center, the Bike Village, the Entertainment Center and the Restaurant Center. A great gourmet offering awaits you on site: the Berville-sur-mer festival committee with grills and refreshments, Cecilia's pizzas, La Case des Iles and their West Indian specialties, not forgetting Kévin and his famous apple fondants!

A bike ride to reach Berville-sur-mer
Bike ride framed and marked trails are available to reach the event location, the esplanade of the sails of liberty at Berville-sur-mer.
Departures at 11am for La Mora à Honfleur or from the bike stop (behind the media library) at Beuzeville. Residents, visitors and associations in the area will be able to take part in this cycle touring route. and will be welcomed with fanfare on the esplanade of the Voiles de la Liberté in Berville-sur-Mer, to the sound of Brazilian percussion. On site, a family and country tavern atmosphere with a beautiful Programs of rejoicing!
Every year, curious visitors, cycling enthusiasts, families out for a stroll or tourists flock to take part in the festival, and meet on the esplanade for a day in the great outdoors.
Why a celebration on cycle tourism?
Crossroads between two major cycle routes: the Vélo Maritime and the Seine à Vélo, Berville-sur-Mer is the ideal location for highlight soft mobility and offer different tourism. Following the implementation of the bicycle plan in 2019 by the Pays de Honfleur Beuzeville community of communes, the event was gradually built. It was therefore quite natural that a partnership was born and that this event is thriving, supported by three entities: the tourist office, the commune of Berville-sur-Mer, and the CCPHB.
