Your itinerary
Step 1
With your back to the parking lot, cross the RD 312 and go around the medieval house. After admiring the panorama from the orientation table, go down the path to the right that leads to the springs.
Step 2
Cross the footbridge towards the marshes which marks the start of the interpretive trail. At the first intersection, continue straight then right at the barrier.
Step 3
After the bend, cross the ditch to follow the path which runs straight along the ditch and allows you to observe a stork's nest.
Step 4
Take the path on stilts which spans the old bed of the Risle, then cross the woods to the Risle. After observing the tide level on the Risle maritime, retrace your steps slightly to continue the path which crosses the wood.
Step 5
Turn left to take the old towpath which runs along the Risle and leads to Pont-Audemer.
Step 6
Just after the campsite, cross the road to reach the large pond which you follow to the right. Pass in front of the entrance to the nautical club to enter a wood, then find the edge of the pond to the left.
Step 7
Cross the railway line and take the small road to the right. Pass under the motorway bridge near the Route Départementale. Then press right to bypass the village hall.
Step 8
At the crossroads behind the factory, continue straight then cross the Departmental Road to go up towards the woods.
Step 9
At the top, turn right and go straight past the houses. After the hamlet, go down to the right towards the forest. At the bottom, turn right to go back down towards the village of Saint-Sulpice.
