Description

Three quarters at the water's edge (the Seine, the Risle and the return canal), site of the mouth of the Risle flowing into the Seine, former fishing port with its old boats on display. The route is decorated with educational panels and picnic tables.

Getting to the starting point to report a problem

Step 1

Departure at the foot of the totem pole. Go towards the Seine. At the foot of the boat, facing the Seine, go right to follow the river upstream. After the lighthouse, leave the pier to follow a dirt road which runs along the Risle estuary.

Step 2

At the mouth of the Risle, continue to the right and go up the return canal to the port of Berville/sea.

Step 3

At the mouth of the Risle, continue to the right and go up the return canal to the port of Berville/sea.

Step 4

Leave the marked circuit a little to enjoy the site of the old port: cross the dam, then immediately turn left into the landscaped plot to discover the “Belle de Seine” boat and the landscape on the other bank of the canal .

Step 5

At the end of the small grass path, turn right to reach the edge of the Seine.
