Getting to the starting point to report a problem

Step 1

At the foot of the boat, facing the Seine, go right to follow the river upstream. After the lighthouse, leave the pier to follow a dirt road which runs along the Risle estuary.

Step 2

At the mouth of the Risle, continue to the right and go up the return canal to the port of Berville/sea.

Step 3

Cross the dam, then immediately turn left into the landscaped plot to discover the 3rd boat “Belle de Seine”.

Step 4

Back on the tarmac, turn left following the GR straight ahead.

Step 5

At the top of the hill, after the Château de la Garenne, cross the RD 312 to take a sunken path which borders the town of Conteville.

Step 6

Turn right then immediately left onto the small road bordered by ditches. Turn right at the larger road.

Step 7

At the crossroads, turn right then, in the countryside, take the path on the left, cross the Judea road and go up towards the forest.

Step 8

At the top, turn right to enter the woods. Take the road on the right then quickly find a path on the left lined with beautiful beech trees. Continue straight after the barrier.

Step 9

At the junction with the GR 223, turn right towards the pine forest, then, at the clearing, follow the path opposite which goes down towards Berville and offers a superb panorama.

Step 10

At the bottom, continue straight, then take the small path on the left. Follow the Departmental Road on the right then take the road on the left which goes back down towards the Seine.

Step 11

At Calvary, turn left then immediately right at the Virgin to take a path that winds between the old fishermen's houses. Follow the canal to the left then turn right to find the edge of the Seine.
