Maison Le Cacaotier
In 1995, Hubert Masse created Maison Le Cacaotier with the desire to offer unique combinations of chocolate pralines and ganaches with exotic flavors brought back from his travels.

In 2008, the inventiveness of its chocolates was crowned with the Grand Prix du artisanal chocolat de la ville de Paris. Since 2011, the finesse of its creations has also been rewarded nine times (from 2011 to 2019) by the prestigious Club des Croqueurs de chocolats. Hubert Masse was thus recognized as one of the Best Chocolatiers in France.

Our address in Honfleur
Opened in July 2019, this new address is located not far from the manufacturing workshop in Saint-Pierre-les-Elbeufs – where all the creations of master chocolatier Hubert Masse are made – and the flagship store in Rouen. Marking the desire of the Le Cacaotier house to continue its establishment in Normandy, this new address chooses a geographically coherent and ecologically responsible development, best able to guarantee the quest for artisanal excellence and the family tradition which have always guided the founder of the House.
