The Manoir Néo Normand is located in the heart of a small authentic village where there was an old Celtic oppidum dating from the Iron Age, was a former grocery store-bar-brewery, then a restaurant “Le relay du Phare” classified 4 forks Michelin until its closure in 2009.
Today, it is a 600 m2 residence intended for events with three juxtaposed open reception rooms of 330 m2 which can accommodate up to 130 people with a large dance floor or even 200 people for a buffet or seminar event and a terrace. of 60 m2, a children's rest room of 14 m2 and a catering room of 55 m2 and a former bar.
The site is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The 7 m800 space is fitted out with a flat lawn of 2 m500, a 2 m120 playground and 2 closed parking spaces including 50 specific PMR spaces.
30 beds in total spread across 3 gîtes: the Gîte du Manoir, the Gîte de la Tour and the annex (which is a gîte house 200 meters away with parking and private garden for 12 people).
