Your itinerary
Step 1
With your back to the car park, cross the RD 312 and go around the medieval house. After admiring the panorama from the orientation table, go down the path to the right that leads to the sources.
Step 2
Cross the footbridge towards the marshes which marks the start of the interpretation trail punctuated by 16 educational panels on the fauna and flora. At the first intersection (with the return), continue straight then right at the barrier which marks the technical entrance used for the maintenance of the site.
Step 3
At the bend, leave the first path on your right and cross the ditch to follow the path which runs straight along the ditch and allows you to observe a stork's nest.
Step 4
Take the path on stilts which spans the old bed of the Risle (before its channeling for navigation in the 19th century). Then cross the woods to La Risle.
Step 5
After observing the tide level on the Risle maritime, retrace your steps slightly to continue the path which crosses the woods.
Step 6
At the junction with the old towpath which leads to Pont-Audemer, turn right and continue into the woods.
Step 7
After the footbridge which spans the ditch, cross the grassland, taking care not to touch the electrical wires on either side of the path.
Step 8
At the crossroads, turn left onto the grass path which offers a wide panorama over the entire valley.
Step 9
Cross the footbridge which leads to the pond then turn left towards the medieval house. After the first footbridge on the way out, go straight towards the church and its listed yew tree in order to discover the panorama of the valley from a different angle and continue the discovery of the heritage.
